The Gathering at Sweet Creek

This festival features traditional music and storytelling that informs, entertains and educates. In 2009, more than 800 attendees enjoyed the festival.
Music will begin at 6 p.m. on Friday and continue until close; begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday until close; and will begin with worship at 10 a.m. on Sunday with music following, until close. Old-time music from England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Africa will be featured at the festival.
The festival and parking are free, but donations are greatly appreciated. There will be festival seating, so bring a lawn chair or blanket. Concessions will be available from the Parkersburg South Band Boosters.
